Director of Nursing:
The Director of Nursing is committed to the Mission and Vision of FCS and promotes them with the Staff and in the community. Has overall responsibility for Home Care Services: planning, organizing, budgeting and directing the activities of the program as well as its daily clinical functions. Responsible for the training and supervision of Client Care Coordinator, Home Care Coordinator, Home Health Aides and Nurse Supervisors. Performs all duties in accordance with the FCS values and Code of Conduct.

Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and Supportive Care Aides are needed to staff cases throughout Monmouth County. Immediate positions are available!
Applicants for Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) must have a valid, current license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
CHHA applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance.
