You’re invited to “Sleighbells in the Sand,” an inaugural event benefiting our agency’s founding program, Operation Sleighbells, Wednesday, July 10, at Monmouth Beach Bath & Tennis Club. Operation Sleighbells dates back to the start of FCS in 1909 and today serves more than 1,500 children annually, donating hundreds of warm coats, hats, gloves, toys and infant necessities to children whose families may be struggling during the holiday season. Tickets are $40 per person and include drinks and hors d’ouvres and live music. In addition, guests are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy.
