Long Branch, NJ (Jan. 26, 2021) – Family and Children’s Service (FCS), Monmouth County’s oldest, private nonprofit social service agency, has announced its board of directors for 2021-2022 and newly appointed Chairwoman, Tiffany Senft. Ms. Senft succeeds Deborah Zilai, who completed her three-year term in December 2020. She is the 34th person to serve as chair of FCS since the agency’s founding in 1909.
“It is an honor to be chosen as chairwoman of the FCS board of directors” said Senft. “I am proud to add my name to the long list of esteemed leaders who have served this community over the last century. It’s truly my privilege to help address the needs of the community during the most challenging times of their lives.”
Ms. Senft joined the FCS Board in 2017 and has held numerous leadership positions, including vice-chair in 2020; co-chair, silent and live auction; and auctioneer for FCS’s annual gala fundraising event. Tiffany brings more than 25 years of advertising experience to FCS. She has worked at several national and global ad agencies, including Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, Oregon, Goodby Silverstein and Partners in San Francisco and Deutsch Advertising in both Los Angeles and New York City. Tiffany is a former co-owner and partner of Tonefarmer (2002-2017), a certified women-owned, nationally acclaimed commercial music production company in New York City. Ms. Senft resides in Fair Haven with her husband, Dr. Carl Senft, an ophthalmologist in Red Bank.
Along with Ms. Senft’s appointment, the FCS board also named Carrie Page, of Fair Haven as vice-chairwoman, Richard J. Angelo, Esq. of West Long Branch as secretary, Anna Burian, FACHE of Tinton Falls as treasurer and Clay Kingsbury of Rumson as assistant treasurer.
