We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne L. Sadowsky of Manalapan to the FCS Board of Directors. Recently retired as a Director of Contract Management & Compliance with Novo Nordisk Inc., Ms. Sadowsky is currently on the faculty of the 340B University where she helps train pharmacists in special pricing mandated by the federal government. An accomplished speaker, presenter and fundraiser, Ms. Sadowsky looks forward to using her professional expertise to assist FCS.
“As a two-time cancer survivor, I understand the challenges that life can present, which is why I have dedicated my time and personal resources to guide and care for needy individuals,” Ms. Sadowsky explains. “I am eager to become more involved with FCS whose Mission is to serve people in challenging times, including the elderly, frail and mentally and physically disabled who often have no where else to turn.”
In addition to her volunteer involvement with FCS, Ms. Sadowsky serves on the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation fundraising committee for the Jacqueline Wilentz Breast Center. She is a Hospice volunteer with the Visiting Nurses Association of New Jersey and also volunteers with the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide. A graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School, Ms. Sadowsky holds a Masters in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Business from Rider University.
