We are delighted to welcome five new employees to the FCS Family! Michelle Aldarelli, Constance Hyland, Kimberly Horan, Patrycja Radzik and Ty-Kiera Brown join our diverse staff of professional social workers, nurses, certified home health aides and administrators who help provide essential programs and services to individuals and families in need.
Social worker Michelle Aldarelli comes to us from Monmouth Medical Center where she interned in the Geriatric Unit for a number of years. Michelle is part of our Adult Protective Services (APS) team that investigates cases of neglect, abuse and exploitation in vulnerable adult populations. She graduated from TCNJ and will receive her Masters in Social Work from Stockton University this May.
Constance Hyland, a licensed social worker (LSW), has been working in the social service field for more than 20 years. Also with APS, Constance not only investigates cases of neglect, abuse and exploitation, she helps link vulnerable adults to programs that help them regain independence in the community. Constance is a graduate of Hunter College and received her Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University.
The third new member of our APS team, Kimberly Horan, came to us from Bowling Green Kentucky where she served as an intern at the Bowling Green Kentucky Medical Center. Kimberly is a recent graduate of Western Kentucky University and loves the school’s mascot Big Red.
Patrycja Radzik is the new Intake Coordinator for FCS’s Community Support Services. Patrycja helps connect qualified frail elderly and disabled residents with the assistance they need to live independently at home. She is a graduate of Wagner College in Staten Island.
Ty-Kiera Brown is our new Marketing and Development Assistant. A recent graduate of St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, Ty-Kiera is planning to pursue a Masters in Public Administration. We look forward to working with Ty-Kiera as she assists with FCS events and fundraisers and helps with the production of our marketing and communications materials.
A hearty welcome to all!
