5/19/17 – Part-time (Four days/28 hours a week) Human Resources Manager to work collaboratively with agency leadership to implement human resource operations ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws and funding source regulations.  Responsibilities for day-to-day operations of Human Resources including benefit and salary administration, recruitment, retention, new staff orientation, staff development, performance management and staff relations. Applicant must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience in Human Resources.  Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Outlook is required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.  Human Resources certification is a plus. 5/19/17 – Full-Time Representative Payee Administrative Assistant to provide support for FCS Representative Payee program. The ideal candidate is able to work independently and should possess strong organizational and communication skills. Applicant should have a working knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer programs. Must have High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
